 Actually I just read through the entire thing again, looks like you did do your homework.

The only thing left is the radiator. If the tubes are clogged at the bottom or the fins are coming loose from the tubes you might not be able to clean it with a flush.

If it were me and I had done all you have I would get a new radiator.
