I have a lot of old Vices but I don't need them refurbished, I'm doing pretty good with them to this day !
As long as the paint looks decent or they have a good patina I don't really touch them. But man some of these previous owners try to do a "paint job" and don't mask anything off and just go nuts with a paint can.
