I have those same shelves!!"Every time i try to start the truck , all power in the truck shut-off." Either in the battery cables or the ignition switch Do the dash lights stay on or does everything go dead? Check your battery connections, cables and ground feeds from the battery any different or updated from the suggestion you gave me recently? YES basically when installing a new master cylinder you can bleed the master and hydro line rather easily. With the reservoir hanging on the wall (in my case it was zip tied to husky shelves) and the master cylinder below the reservoir and the hydraulic line hanging down even lower (just like the bleed video I posted). I filled the system, let it hang for a minute full of fluid and tapped on the system with a screwdriver. This time instead of bench bleeding the new master by depressing the plunger I simply used some O ring pliers and pulled the snap ring out of the end of the master. Then carefully pull out the white plunger....brake fluid will fill the master up to the top, re install plunger and YOU ARE DONE no air at all. install in truck, hook up slave...bleed slave 3-4 times and we have a full clutch Took all of 5 minutes. Much easier technique IMO Should have done this years ago! Did you know I converted my 1988 Bronco II from a 2.9L and A4LD to a 4.0 and M5od in 1996, only to fight with that clutch for the next 8 months. I went through 2 M5OD's and 3 clutches trying to get it right. I could never get 1st or reverse as I should have been able to, I even had my clutch our 2 times in one day. Eventually I gave up on the manual trans and swapped back to a built up A4lD (better for 4x4ing anyways) because I could never get the clutch right. Years later I would learn why, the dreaded air bubble. Now in 2018 I finally learn to just take the dang master apart, let the air out and be done with it......... I wonder how long I would have kept the Bii a 5 speed had it worked out properly?
