Dragged home a real prize yesterday, a 2001 Sport Trac 4x4 with 139K, brand new cooper tires and a wicked timing noise

We are putting a 2001 V8 drivetrain in her possibly keeping the AWD t case

Our next victim! My wife has done some real miracle work here convincing me to sell this thing instead of keep it. I mean I can't keep them all but a white 01 Sport trac and me go waaaaaaay back. I have always wanted one, I would even give up my Bronco II in exchange for a sport trac, but for now the shop must keep moving forward so we will build this gem and sell it. 

This is one clean two owner truck met its demise way too soon with only 139,000 miles on the odometer and the worst part this engine was just "rebuilt" including an oversized piston or two according to the PO. I can't wait to tear the SOHC apart and find out what happened.
