Not much space in a Ranger cab, but anything is possible I put 2008 Lincoln navigator seats in my 97 F350 CCFB (flatbed) Heated and cooled leather :) Yes they heat and cool!! Well as soon as I wire up the switches but I had them working in my living room! I was just installing them when we sold our CO house...lol the passenger side is still held down with 3 bolts. Need to get back on that project. When installing seats in a Ranger you want smaller buckets, mini truck seats, something skinny and low to the ground. I have put all sorts of aftermarket seats into Rangers, usually the ranger seat tracks are kept and the new seats adapted on top, but full custom mounts have been done also. Air ride seats, I am not so sure, they are usually pretty thick at the base, no? Show me the seats you are thinking lets discuss this!
