Ohhh, that deal. Now I know what you're talking about. No, mine didn't come with that. I'll have to get one or two.

I did decide finally on my rifle, however.

I chose a Remington 700 set in a magpul stock, chambered for .308 Winchester. The stock has adjustable LOP and comb, but is magazine fed, the removable type that is. Not a big deal, as I consider the advantage of the adjustable stock to outweigh the removable magazine. It comes with a threaded barrel, whose dimensions aren't specified but I expect to be 5/8x24. To add more bonus, the stock has MLOK attachment points, which is nice, and also has an upgraded trigger.

I decided I'm also going to tip my toes into the waters of the NFA. I'm going to get a suppressor. I don't know much about them, but I know what I want to get out of it. The suppressor will be primarily for the 700, but it needs to have the capacity to work on my AR15s and a PTR-91.

That being said, I'm thinking QD style rather than direct thread. So far the Sandman S/L/TI cans are looking promising, specifically the L. I have to do more research on cans and learn up on 'em in general, but at this point I think I'll wind up with one of those three.
