 I've  encountered  some pretty bad knee and back injuries myself . At 36 now I've  prematurely beat my body into the ground as the doctors have put in  Laymans terms  . So I feel that and driving a manual. By the time I get to the track . My left knee is on fire 🔥 the right starts grinding I feel lol my back has 3  degenerated discs (2 lower, 1 below the neck . I have to wait atleast a hour before I can get back out there . Daily week Austin traffic that's a whole nother story 😡
