Ya.. Chat support tried to tell me for 3rd party sellers, the customers pay them directly. Then when I brought up my bank shows otherwise they back peddled pretty quick.

I was just shocked at the complete lack of CS regarding support for sales from 3rd Party when their CS for internal products has been amazing in the past.
