I'm going to buy a crate engine and transmission from either Summit or Jegs, and I'm going to buy both from the same site to minimize confusion on my part. Also, with the crate 302 I'm probably going to buy some speed parts (cam, heads, any other basic speed parts anyone else may suggest. I'm not looking for a monster, just something probably within the 250-350 MAYBE 400 range) at the same time, from the same supplier. Just wondering which supplier is best or if they'e equal. Any complaints, comments, good reviews are welcome. So far, it looks like summit has the cheaper engine, but more expensiv trans (tko600. Yes probably overkill, but better safe than sorry and leaves room for expansion later). Thanks guys and gals
