Undrstm8ed,

Only reason I took out the OEM Switches is I need to extend the new Switch Plate to allow better mounting and when I got to the switches it didn't look good with holes in the plate to allow their use.
My plans are to replace my home made modules with newer Cree LED Units and replace the Map Light Switch with Round Switches with the Red Ring LED Setup as indicators.

My Kenwood Face Plate, that will be mounted in the OHC Eyeglass Compartment, only receives power through the Radio.

The Switches are all wired, there is a fused main power wire to feed them and they only need to activate relays so the overall current draw is minimum.  The Switches are suppose to be for LED Lighting only, two on the front of the truck and two for the backup lighting !

The switches for the front lighting will be easy two sets of two lights i.e. two switches, two floods and two spots... again, KC Lighting.

The rear lighting is two light mounted on the backrack  (2 KC Backup Lights), 1 switch, and a manual override for the backup lights, (2 KC Backup Lights) 2 switches, and two side light mounted on the backrack, (again two KC Backup Lights).  That would be light set #3 for the rear, but no switch for it at this time or it may be worked in with the actual backup Light override.

I like the light pattern of the KC Backup Lights... wide and bright !

So much for my switches, everyone has there switch setups they like.

Mine will probably change based on the lighting I finally have... when I have it !

Thx for asking !

V8 Level II's work is far about anything I would even attempt.
He, being an engineer has gone to the "N-th" degree to make things work OEM.
His experiences, his abilities, and his knowledge base is vast and I count on him for information that is not readily available through normal channels.

His Truck... Wow !, that is all I can say, if only it was mine, I would be one happy Ford Ranger Owner !
And, what he has done inside with all of the electronics... just to be that knowledgable !
