I feel better with her working at the newspaper in the seeded weird part of town and having protection on her and not attracting any negative attention. bad enough the looks I get open carry sometimes but I think its interesting to see peoples faces when they see a young woman doing the same, some people are bold enough to even make comments out loud depending on where you're at as if their opinions and thoughts somehow outrank yours on top of the right to protect yourself as needed in a world where people seem to have the innate inability to keep their hands to themselves.. and her being pretty, of smaller frame and top heavy [busty] she can attract the wrong attention easily in the city.
And the other day, my new polymer Glock 19/23/357 80% frame came in for my next mini project and to add to some newer skills. I think I may build a few of these including that of a Sig Sauer I like. I'm really excited to look into doing a civilian MP5 as it doesnt seem much more than an AR 80% lower but the Jig was def more involved im comparison. The 1911 options, I may do one at some point but holy there is a TON of parts in those.. like 71 ! Those must be a pain to clean when they need it.
Adding to my collection(s).. Dual Glock 19/23 which I'll be adding another Lone Wolf conversion barrel for so I can keep the 23 slides and just swap out to the thicker 9mm barrel/spring(s) for cost effectiveness of range time and training; .40 gets a lil expensive to piss away.
And for just plinking or target shooting...
