OK everyone, here is a update. I hooked up my OTC Genisys scanner & checked the speed readings when starting from a stop & coming to a stop, & it looks like the r/s front ABS speed sensor is slow to respond. So I tried to replace the ABS speed sensor & the sensor is larger the the hole in the hub & bearing assembly. I ended up damaging the sensor so I just went a head & replaced the r/s hub & bearing assembly (my truck has 149K) which came with a new sensor & it fixed the problem. Thanks to everyone who responded to try to help me out & to sheltonfilms you were correct with the cause.
