They use different cables for different radios and trucks with rear audio controls have a whole separate adapter.... Nice work improving your setup, they can be a real PITA

The antenna lead on my 2000 Ranger with the AM/FM, Cassette, single CD radio was a one piece lead from the antenna base to the radio.
