WOW you are really going all out {which is good}, I didn't do none of that. I just started cutting small and progressed bigger until the projector fit, mounted housing to outside table, hooked up a 12volt power converted to power projector, adjusted cut-off horizontally against my fence, JB weld projector into housing-done, start other one. You can use a heat gun to separate lens but oven is much better. FYI some of the aftermarket housing are a real BIG PITA to get apart, much harder than the factory ones for whatever reason?
