I'm not an apple user, I'm full blown Ubuntu Linux which has such a small user base nobody would bother with a virus for it. Been for so many years I lost count, since I got a virus on a win2Kpro machine that affected my customers. I had enough!
Anyhow though I have never seen it in writing being an evangelical Baptist I always thought there was something odd going on at apple, starting with the logo. I always thought that was a loose representation of the legendary "fruit from the tree of knowledge of good and evil" that Eve took a bite from before handing it to Adam. Kind of a slam in the face to anyone of faith. I don't own any apple products at all nor will any of my family if they want to live under my roof. But that's just me.

I happen to believe this guy is onto something here tho too... Just TOO many weird coincidences as far as symbolism is concerned. The whole video is interesting but if you just want the apple portion. Starts at 18:46 mins in. Wait until you see what this guy brings to light.

JAMMAN, yes you are right on the Apple Symbol with a bite out of it, I assumed it always meant "The Tree of Knowledge, but for Good not Evil, but since I have owned the Apple and first hand saw how Apple will drop you once your machine is older than THEY want it to be, I have Soured on them, sort of a Granny Smith, but at this time I am in the Apple thing to far to drop out... and too old to go back to a new OS.
Didn't mean to imply anything about which was better but was more joking about my switching and although I am pissed at Apple I have had a lot of time in the free air with no viruses or Web attacks... ! Thank you God !
Good Luck on your fixing your problems, I will linger a little longer with Apple, not always the best deal in town but good enough !
