Previously 83-92 are different with either common ground speakers or the JBL Premium sound but just the 95-97 extra cabs, and only w/premium sound.  93-94 didn't get it for whatever reason outside of mostly being standard cabs.

The amp should be on the passenger side next to the rear speaker under the side window behind the trim panel.

By taking out the rear passenger speaker and reaching in. You can feel the bundle of wires and follow them up to the amp. Unplug the 2 connectors by feel (and you can leave the amp there) . The cables are attached to the inside of the wall with some plastic clips, you can just pulled them out. Or reach up from below (via the hole behind the lowered jump seat) pulled them into the cab and Don't cut off the plugs.., get the amp-bypass cables as its easier then splicing..
