Viruses, trojans, etc seem sooooo late 90's/Y200Xish; IMO, here in Y2018 why waste valuable time trying to take down 'puters and poke faceless (to you) people with a hot dagger when you could spend the time hacking into them, then harvest credit card numbers, social security numbers, birth date full names and address, then go on multiple shopping sprees and profit from the booty. And why worry only about about the operating system, IMO, here in Y2018 there are a surprising numbers of people with lax router security (WPS) that haven't got the security memo and applied a few simple steps to tighten things up, and as such are begging to be messed with. Just some food4thought is all. Edit: if you're using WPS you really need to wise up and shut it down. Today.
