The laptop is done, I took all her full length motion pictures off her little 120G SSD and determined that is probably why the update crashed... less than 1G left on the drive. Windows updates I'm pretty sure create a storage space for the old config and loads the new one before deleting the old files (kinda like a HAAS CNC controller) so it didn't have enough room to move around. The win 10 install was over 40G itself and that's without her office and adobe stuff she uses for her job.

Didn't mean to imply that anyone that uses apple products is intrinsically evil not at all, just that I'm sure the core value of the founders of the company was certainly not faith based.

I'm not mainstream. That's why I don't like microsoft products, and GM products. It's why I drive a Ranger.

On a side note I did a google search for ford ranger memes and they were about 99.9% negative toward the trucks I am partial to. Try it if you need a few laughs and a shot of anger.
