Uhaul has to plate them because they can go in any state. Dustin your article makes sense but it seems like half the people have no idea, I found articles that say yes and articles that say no. I think I'll buy the thing, looks like most of the articles say the car being towed needs to be licensed which might be an issue in some cases especially the things I tow LOL. It is kinda ugly but heavier than a normal uhaul dolly and has the kingpin for swivel or no swivel. If the lights don't work I will fix that. I think it was home made by some welding guru by the looks I have never seen one. I'll pull it down off his storage trailer tuesday with a fork lift and look it over... will take pics thanks.
