I can do 5.0 with a 3 speed C4/C5, AOD, or AODE-w (4r70w) and there are plenty of options for an upgraded 4r70w but to find a 5 speed or 6 speed auto to bolt up to the windsor AND be 4wd?....I don't think so but we know enough these days that a "no" can usually be turned into a "yes" with enough time and $$$$$$$$$$$$

There may be a way to put this behind the 5.0 and then convert the tailhousing to be 4wd...let me ask my buddy the expert
