That's a nice one. You just use FORScan and any OBDII wifi/Bluetooth connector?
The OBDLink MX is a bluetooth device (ELM 327) that is plugged into the OBDII port on the vehicle. The lappy has windows for the OS, is running FORScan, and is paired with the OBDLink MX, thus establishing wireless communication between the vehicle and the lappy.
