I'm voting bad or frayed wire. Something is amiss between the sensor and the GEM. The resistance you got should be about right for that type of sensor (I'm pretty sure most rangers had an active type magnetic sensor someone correct me if I'm wrong) you might notice it generating a small amount of electricity when you spin the wheel! Again I wish someone would chime in that is better at forscan than I am I bet it can sniff out the gem codes. Might tell you which wheel then you would only need to chase one pair of wires.
