You can see the way the two floors of the house are offset, that there is a ton of gutters.
Everytime i get a quote for something, i always hear, the cost is high because this is using 2-3 times the materials of a normal house.
Wish I'd researched better when i bought the house. It is our first house, so i was a little green. I love it, don't get me wrong. Just expensive to up keep.
