New Motorcraft parking brake assembly because.....the $3 ABS plastic handle cracked + crumbled at it's weak point and broke off the $170 assembly. If you go to a P&S and/or a full service JY and look closely at and/or push on the handle a bit to test the plastic, most will be cracked (handle hasn't snapped off yet), or it will crack when you do the test or if not, it'll probably break in the not too distant future. Looks to be a classic example of plastic degradation due to environment. :/
