I don't use cleaners very often, maybe once or twice a year.

That being said, I tried seafoam in my ranger (both the intake spray and the can in the fuel tank) and I've been very pleased with both. I'm a seafoam guy, but lots of people also like Marvel Mystery Oil. I haven't tried it myself.
