He's been very helpful with questions I've had about the harness setup. I was just trying to get the oem wiring if it was easy to remove and a whole separate harness while I was at the salvage yard looking for some other stuff. But apparently it wasn't so easy to remove so I left it. I do want the easiest install. I've gone through whole wiring harnesses to repair or track down broken wires. However, those were on 40-50 year old cars with half the amount or more of wiring so it wasn't such a task. I did manage to find a bezel with a factory fog light switch yesterday and went ahead and picked it up. So I literally just need the buggmans harness and to hook it up. I actually don't want to wait too long because I do a lot of night driving and everytime I'm driving at night now I realize I can't turn on the fog lights because they're not hooked up. It's not an extreme emergency but I do want to get them wired up in the next couple of weeks if possible so I'm considering this expensive harness here on the link as a last resort. They said it is setup to run the oem switch too. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Ford-Ranger-Fog-Light-Wiring-Harness-1998-1999-2000/160492872240?hash=item255e1ee230:g:YPwAAOxyA4ZRSaUT&vxp=mtr OK, look do it your way or whichever way but Buggman's Harness has an OEM Switch with choice of color indicator lights. I don't think his Harness costs $75.00, I was thinking more like $30, and you have someone to talk to, if problems arise. I am not saying the other harness is better or worse but you have an idea of what you want, get it done ! Good Luck on the Fog lighting, you will be happy you have the Fog Lights once they are running. I miss my Fog light on my '03, I took them off when I went to the new bumper and have not replaced them... there are holes for them too. I recently picked up a set of Cheap LED Fog Lights from eBay, hoping they will work out and work with the Factory setup, but waiting for the Projectors to get finished first. Ltr
