TODAY I did a rear brake line on my sons 02.

It's like the 4th one I have done, first couple I went to the auto parts store and got lines, adapters, wrong lengths, more adapters, wrong threads....

By the 3rd one I bought a roll of line and a flare tool. BINGO this is by far the easiest and fastest way to do this I will never buy individual lines again. Spend the money, buy the tool (was like 10 bucks at auto zone) and get a roll of line it will save you HOURS of work and reduce the PITA factor substantially.

In August of 2015 the brake line going to the rear differential on my Ranger rusted out right at the rubber hose to the differential. I purchased a roll of the Nicopp brake line (so it does not rust out again), brake line fittings, & a good brake line flaring tool & made a new line from the junction point under the drivers side door back to the rubber hose. X2 on getting a good brake line flaring tool. I removed the gas tank to make it easier.
Old rusted broken line,

New line,

Nicopp brake line I used,
