Try retorquing the lower intake bolts, or the upper to lower  rubber intake seals could be leaking, they are hard rubber & over time get crushed & leak. In 2015 I had a miss on a cold engine on my 4.0 & replaced them & retorqued the lower intake (it was loose) & it solved the problem. The upper intake seals are the 3 on top in the link pic.
