I'm going to pull the plugs tomorrow or the next day. I'll probably drain the oil. I'll check compression too. I found some complete heads for $200 each. Head bolts and a head change kit are $200. Belts, hoses, plugs Add another $50 for fluids and I'll be about 600-700 a head swap. Figure I can do it in a day or two.
