Ugh too many things it could be. I would look at the wires and make sure one of them didn't migrate to the exhaust manifold, could be an injector but you would think it would throw a code.

I had a head gasket leak in a dodge, between a coolant port and a cylinder. The radiator cap was relieving the pressure during running but when it would sit over night the coolant would seep in to the cylinder. Would miss at startup when cold every time. Worse case scenario and difficult to detect without one of those "exhaust gasses in the coolant" test kits. One of our better mechanics in the back (who quit later) suspected this and ordered a kit which proved positive.
