The RF issue is an interesting one. My headlights use the FX-R projectors, and create no RF noise. My fog lights have the DS2's, and they do make RF noise. It only affects radio stations that are on the edge already, but it's there. They sold a 'filter' I think they called it, and it didn't fix it. I am sure it's the harnesses, not the lights, but I honestly haven't looked at the differences. The FX-R is bigger. The DS2 you can fix through the OEM bulb hole, but the FX-R requires more surgery to the housing. So I am guessing that surgery moves the projector forward in the housing, closer to the front cover, creating more space behind the assembly. It's still tight, don't get me wrong. Putting those in is one of the most frustrating things I've done on the truck...
