A little copy + paste from that other site lol

My measurement is 103mm from the bulb seat to the lens. The issue I've read from others that have retrofitted projectors is having to relieve the radiator shroud to get the headlight back on.

What do you plan on using the LED strip for? DRLs?

Where did you find the jig?

The D2S measure 87mm or 2.87", almost 3/4" shorter.
What is your full length of the Projector you have ?

The D2S measure 142mm or 5.9", stem to stern, I will need to get in behind the headlights before removing the housings and see what it measures.
I was also reading where someone used the D2S for Fog Lights... after looking at the light output, they should make very bright Fog Lights.
I was thinking the mini H1's for Fog or maybe the Diode Dynamics For Lights, but they will have to wait !

Thanks for the picture, I will keep it handy; when I was looking behind the headlight, I did notice the plastic panel will need cutting but I was hoping the metal radiator support didn't need to be cut !

Has anyone done a drawing for cutting the metal panel, might help a lot of people ?

The LED Strips, I was thinking added directional lights not DRLs.
I will have Switchback Halos from Diode Dynamics for the DRLS; they have three different lights, one bright white for DRLs, one dimmer white for Angle Eye Effect at night, and one amber setting for directionals !
I always told my daughter growing up that "Less is Best", I guess I need to follow my own rules.
Thinking on it a little, I do think without the extra LEDs, the overall Housing would look cleaner... !
