Add to the list, dip shits #3. This would be the crazy situation involing two Women from Woodland, WA that drove off the cliff in CA with six adopted kids in the vehicle, killing everyone, escaping their past and apparently fleeing a fresh WA state CPS (Child Protective Services) investigation into the allegation that they weren't feeding one of the kids as a form of punishment.
