Mobile1 and Motorcraft filter every 5k. I consider the way I drive the truck to be severe duty. Mostly city mileage with any highway miles pulling a trailer or a load in the bed.

I change the oil in my Fusion every 7500 miles with Mobile1 and a Motorcraft filter. Over 95% of the mileage is highway miles. Even at 7500 highway miles that is some of the blackest oil I have seen. I have had it analyzed and at 7500 miles the oil still had just under 10% useful life left.

I usually buy my filters on-line and buy them at the first pricebreak.
