I hadn't been to Bikeweek in about 10 years. The wife is out of town since last Thursday and will not be back until Tuesday. It seemed like a perfect opportunity to get some saddle time, meet up with some friends I hadn't seen in a while and experiance the current depravity level that can happen at Bikeweek. I do hit the Biktoberfest about every other year as I have a place at Crescent Beach. It is a lot more sedate than the crazy things I have seen during Bikeweek. The average age of the attendees at Biktoberfest is much older and there is a greater percentage of American made bikes.
